SHIPPING POLICY

We send products Pan India. The glassware and other products are properly padded and packaged to avoid breakages.

If in the unfortunate incident there is a breakage please refer to out refund and return policy. 

We are striving to begin shipments internationally!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If a product is broken or damaged, we can grant a refund or replacement on the product.

You are required to present photographic/ video proof that the product upon opening from carton and packaging was broken. The complaint needs to be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

We do our best to ensure the product is packaged well and reaches you safely.
